1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AST Cleaning & Restoration website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

AST Cleaning & Restoration provides water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, oriental rug cleaning, carpet cleaning, and related services in the San Antonio, Texas metropolitan area. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided by AST are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Additional damage discovered during restoration may affect final pricing. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with additional work.

4. Insurance Claims

AST works directly with insurance companies as a courtesy to our customers. However, you are ultimately responsible for understanding your coverage and any amounts not covered by your insurance policy.

5. Liability

AST Cleaning & Restoration carries full general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the scope of contracted work. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage not related to our services.

6. Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Emergency services are exempt from this policy. Repeated no-shows may result in a scheduling fee for future appointments.

7. Warranty

AST guarantees satisfaction on all cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any cleaning service, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area at no additional cost. Restoration services carry warranties as specified in your project agreement.
