That includes framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, paint, and final punch-list — the work that turns a dried-out or gutted structure back into a livable home.
Rebuild is where a lot of restoration jobs fall apart at other shops. At AST Cleaning & Restoration, one project manager owns the rebuild from scope approval through final walkthrough, so homeowners aren't handed off to an outside general contractor mid-project. Vince works directly with insurance adjusters on Xactimate scope and change orders so the paperwork side stays aligned with what the crews are actually building.
