As a Lead Technician, Josh runs the day-to-day execution of a restoration job at the property. That means setting up containment on mold and smoke jobs, positioning air movers and dehumidifiers for structural drying, monitoring moisture readings to know when a structure is dry, and walking homeowners through what's happening at each phase.
Lead Techs at AST Cleaning & Restoration are IICRC-trained in the categories of work they run — S500 water, S520 mold, S700 fire — and they own the quality of the work in the field. Josh reports to our General Manager and coordinates directly with the project managers so scope, documentation, and crew execution stay in sync.
